Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd was awarded four property awards during the European Property Awards ceremony which took place on September 23 at the Park Lane Hotel in Mayfair, London.

The estate agent won Malta’s Best Real Estate Agency, Malta’s Best Lettings Agency, Malta’s Best Real Estate Marketing and also Best Lettings Agency in Europe.

The company was also commended for its website www.franksalt.com.mt.

Chairman of the International Property Awards Stuart Shields said the objective of these awards was to accomplish excellence in the property industry worldwide and to promote an international standard.

Joseph Lupi, managing director of Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd, said the company took the service it provided very seriously.

Douglas Salt, company director, complimented the team of consultants and support staff for making such results possible and encouraged those wanting to embarking on a rewarding career to consider taking up property consultancy.

The International Property Awards 2011 are being organised in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.

Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential and commercial categories.

Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts and covering every aspect of the property business.

This year saw the participation of over 100 contestants in various fields.

The ultimate World’s Best in each category will be unveiled later this year.
