Employees at Foster Clark will benefit from improved working conditions and more financial benefits as a result of a collective agreement signed with the General Workers’ Union.
In a statement, the GWU said employees will be receiving increased allowances and bonus for this year, while discussions will continue with management to reach agreement on wage increases for the years covered by the collective agreement.
The union said the agreement was reached despite the problems affecting North African markets and the civil war in Libya, which is Foster Clark’s main markets.
