The 16 shareholders in Fortress Developments have each taken their respective share of the assets after the company was put into liquidation on December 12.

Fortress was set up to channel investment by the individual shareholders into Midi. The 25.3 million shares it held ­– constituting more than 10 per cent of the issued share capital and voting rights in Midi – will now be distributed by liquidator Steven Naudi.

The two leading shareholders in Fortress are Paul Bonello (948,677 shares) and Arthur Galea Salomone (924,692 shares).
