Philip Toledo Ltd, the IT and security solutions company, has named Kenneth Spiteri its new chief executive officer.

He joins after a long career at telecoms group Go where he was most recently head of business with responsibility for all corporate accounts. An expert in sales, organisational performance and strategy, Mr Spiteri has worked with some of the most respected and well-known local publicly listed companies.

Philip Toledo chairman Melo Hili described Mr Spiteri as “ideally placed” to lead the organisation, with his commitment to extending both the value the company gives to its numerous clients and to driving the acquisition and development of new business.

Mr Spiteri said he was excited about the opportunity to lead a company with a particular legacy and geared to focus its energies to deliver the highest level of commercial value to clients.

Home to a vast range of top brands including IBM, NCR, CISCO and Access Accounting and backed by a strong team of IT professionals, Philip Toledo Ltd is one of the largest IT outfits in Malta. It recently extended its footprint with the launch of a setup in Dubai to develop business in the Middle East.
