A debate about food quality and its effect on health and the impact of animal waste on the island’s agriculture fields will be organised in collaboration with Times of Malta today.

The debate, being held at the Aula Magna, University Valletta Campus, at 8pm, forms part of the Science in the City festival.

Tonight the Italian Cultural Institute will also host a talk about how virtual reality brought Rome to life, at 7.30pm.

Science and technology’s role in recovering information about ancient societies will be discussed at the National Museum of Archaeology on Friday, between 6pm and 11pm.
