Greenpeace activists dressed and painted as fishes participating in a rally against a new fishing law outside of the congress in Valparaiso city, about 121 kilometres northwest of Santiago, Chile, yesterday. According to Greenpeace activists, the new fishing law may lead to the over-exploitation of marine resources by fishing companies along Chile’s coasts.
