Week four of the MSV Life National Bowling League saw champions Fina take the top spot after an 8-0 win against Royal Shock. They are joint leaders with Ramis who saw off an unsettled okmalta.com outfit with a 6-2 victory.

Supreme were also 6-2 winners against The Clan, as were XS Vitel over Turu’s Knights. Blitzkrieg also clinched a six-pointer against Strike Me in the final match of the week.

Fina and Ramis have 28 points, a good ten-point advantage over their nearest chasers, okmalta.com.

Fina shot the team series of the night (2,404) during their demolition job on Royal Shock, and were never really under any threat as the series progressed: 657-794, 741-847 and 684-763.

Royal Shock held on to fourth place in spite of the heavy defeat.

Third-placed okmalta.com are still struggling to find their form in the latest championship campaign.

Ramis opened strongly with a one-sided 802-655 game one win and then quickly went four ahead with a closer 800-757 win in game two. Okmalta.com improved again in the last of the set, enough to claim their two-point share with a narrow 791-803 victory.
