The bus service offered by Arriva has become more reliable and punctual and the number of complaints has gone down significantly, the company said.
“We’ve got to improve every aspect of the business and focus on giving customers the best possible service,” new interim managing director David Kaye said.
Mr Kaye, who took over from Keith Bastow, launched the company’s corporate social responsibility programme and presented awards to a number of drivers who took part in an internal health and safety competition.
