Tapas restaurant Olé Olé recently opened its doors in Buġibba, offering simple tapas dishes and Spanish food within a Spanish ambience.

Spanish Ambassador Felipe de la Morena with his family and Alfredo Munoz, president of the Maltese-Spanish Chamber of Commerce, joined other guests for an evening of Spanish culture, starting off with a variety of Spanish tapas and wine while experiencing the complicity between Maltese and Spanish cultures.

Guests were entertained by Spanish and Maltese dancers José Moya and Deborah Falzon.

Mr de la Morena thanked Olé Olé owners Javier Rocamonde del Valle and Pascual Gonzalez and their team for the initiative to create this project, which is not only exciting for them but for all patrons.

At Olé Olé, people can enjoy simple tapas dishes while sipping a beer or sangria to original paella, served in the original paella pan.
