The Marsa bus interchange will not operate this evening due to traffic arrangements in place for the St Sebastian feast in Qormi, public transport operator Arriva said.

From 5 p.m. the bus services will instead leave from bus stops in Manwel Dimech Road, outside and opposite Pavi supermarket, and continue operating from there for the rest of the night.

The disruption will affect the following routes: 61 and 62 to Żebbug and Siġġiewi, 81 and 82 to Marsaxlokk and Birżebbuġa, the 122 Valletta circular, route 120 from Ħal Farruġ to Paola, routes X1, X2, X3 and X4 to and from the airport and the 112 Qormi circular.

There may also be an impact on routes 202 and 51.

Passengers who can take alternative routes are advised to avoid travelling to Marsa or Qormi after 5 p.m., Arriva said.
