St James Cavalier is presenting a theatrical treat over the holidays for those who want to introduce their children to theatre and share a really fun experience with them – while learning quite a lot in the process.

This comes in the form of a double bill of plays that will be performed between Saturday and April 5. These are The Complete History of Malta (More or Less) and Everything You Need to Know About Science (More or Less) and they will be performed on alternate days at 11am and 7pm at the Music Room.

These two plays are the first in an exciting series premiered at the Żigużajg International Arts Festival for Children and Young People, where they proved to be extremely popular with their audiences. Both shows take the form of a wild and crazy interactive lesson that is entertaining, hilarious and educational at the same time.

They are written by Malcolm Galea, whose works include the panto The Curse of Snow White, and the annual Christmas show Dingle Bells Malcolm Smells. The playwright and actor has already received various awards, including the Francis Ebejer award for children’s theatre and the Off-West End award for best new musical.

Galea also stars in both shows along with Joseph Zammit – a young actor already making a name for himself on the Maltese stage.

Each play is in English and is an hour long. Tickets are very limited.

More information about both shows, as well as booking details, may be found at http://moreorlesstheatre.com .
