One can only be an extremist to be extremely intent on building the American University of Malta on virgin land. He hears but does not listen: he doesn’t want to understand that, once development starts at Żonqor Point, nothing will stop it. Such an extremist must be extremely hungry for popularity.
He wants to remain known that he made Malta the best in Europe. Really? By rewarding illegalities? By relaxing controls? By removing checks and balances?
When the planning section is separated from the environment section, will the latter have the veto on the former?
This extremist should know that it is not good to give unto others what appertains to him.
