The Dazzle Troupe returns with their unique combination of weirdness and wonder for a brand new show.

Here’s the story: Aliens land on Malta during the Neolithic Age and plant a device to monitor the island’s developing life.

When they return 11,000 years later, their machine has malfunctioned and all their records are scrambled!

The History of Malta Burlesque Show presents an extra terrestrial voyage to the unknown, where no man (or woman, or gifted child) has gone before, as alien life delves deep into the bowels of Malta’s madcap history.

This is the Dazzle Troupe’s sixth show since 2009 and each show has been more dazzling than the last. The show is divided into short sketches performed by different members of the multi-talented, multitasking Dazzle Troupe.

Performers include Alex Vella Gregory, Veronica Stivala, Alex Spiteri Gingell, Joseph Zammit, Teo Reljic, Bettina Borg Cardona, Pete Farrugia, Marie Claire Camilleri, Maria Pia Meli, Marie Claire Pellegrini, Marta Vella, Philip Leone-Ganado, Yannick Massa, Nathan Brimmer, Franco Rizzo and The Brigitte Gauchi Borda dancers choreographed by Lynne Salomone Reynaud.

The show is being held at Space 43, Lascaris Wharf, Valletta tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday starting at 9 p.m. sharp. The show is rated 18+ only. For bookings e-mail: dazzlent@gmail.com or phone on 7991 1200.

This show is supported by the Malta Arts Fund.

After over a year of collaborative research and design, Chris Briffa Architects present a proposal whereby the Valletta covered market, Is-Suq tal-Belt, is rehabilitated into an art museum fit for the city of Valletta: the VAM. An architectural exhibition running till April 14 at Lily Agius Gallery, 54, Cathedral Street, Sliema illustrates their proposal, with visitors having the opportunity to leave their comments which will subsequently be presented to the media and the authorities.
