I had a totally different experience when I had a problem with Transport Malta and contacted senior manager, George Attard, for assistance.

I found the service of this public servant extremely helpful. He was courteous, empathic, understanding and ready to work overtime to follow the problem to a conclusion.

He is a jewel of a civil servant and I commend him highly as an exemplar of an official ready to serve the public.
