The new Fimbank Head Office block is another commercial project that was entrusted and delivered in a timely and efficient manner by Attard Bros Group. This multi-specialised group was actively involved in the realisation of this striking, state-of-the-art 10-floor building, located right in the heart of St Julian’s.
A professional team consisting of local and international professionals with diverse abilities provided the entire shell and core construction. This structure includes five floors below ground level covering approximately 1,100 square metres each and another 10 floors above ground covering approximately 850 square metres each.
Attard Bros also managed and provided all temporary services throughout the whole cycle of this project. These services included fully supporting the construction jobs, mechanical and electrical installations, external cladding works and hard landscaping. All building materials used in this project were produced by Attard Bros Group in its production facilities.
The job was completed with the skilful Attard Bros team also contributing to the finishing works, to deliver this aesthetically attractive and stylish structure. Silicato rendering, waterproofing and full-time supervision were just some of the group’s responsibilities. Additional specific consultancy services were also provided related to the total project.
