• A blood donation session will be held at the Gozo General Hospital today from 8am to 1pm.

• The Friends of the Sick and Elderly in Gozo are organising a charity sale at Victoria’s football ground (next to the car park) today between 7.30am and 1pm.

• The feast of Christ the King will be celebrated at St John the Baptist parish church, Xewkija, today at 4.30pm. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will deliver a message.

• Spiderman: Homecoming (PG) will be screened at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, today at 5.30pm.

• An organ and choir concert with the participation of the Gaulitanus Choir will be taking place at St John the Baptist parish church, Xewkija, today, at 7.30pm, as part of the Malta International Organ Festival.

• A fundraising Plant and Book Fair, organised by the OASI Foundation, is open at St Francis Square, Victoria, until Thursday. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 4.30 to 7pm and Saturdays from 8.30am to noon.

• As part of the Malta International Organ Festival, an organ, voice and cello recital will taking place at the Gozo Cathedral, Victoria, on Tuesday, at 7pm. The concert will feature Dvorak’s Biblical Songs.• MUSEUM superior Joe Fenech will be holding a prayer and catechesis meeting at Our Lady of Pompeii church, Victoria, on Thursday from 10am to 11am. All are welcome.

• Members of Il-Fergħa Ewkaristika (Għawdex) will meet at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary to hear Mass and for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Saturday at 3pm. All are welcome.

• An exhibition of scale models of aircraft, cars, ships, figurines, dioramas, paper models and science fiction figurines will be held by Gozo Scale Modellers Club at The Duke shopping mall, Victoria, on Saturday from 9am to 8pm and next Sunday from 9am to 6pm.

• Fiddler On The Roof will be staged for the last time at the Don Bosco Oratory Theatre in Victoria on Saturday at 7pm. Tickets can be obtained from the Don Bosco Oratory every day between 5pm and 8pm, or by calling 2155 6616 or 9948 7751. Booking by e-mail on donbogo@gmail.com is also accepted.
