France will host the European Championship finals in 2016.

England are well on their way to reach the finals. At present, they have maximum points from four outings, standing top of Group E.

Their opponents, Slovenia, Switzerland and Lithuania, are all six points behind.

Wales are nicely poised in Group B, just a point behind group leaders Israel. Yet, the Welsh have played a game more.
