The Eden Leisure Group is organising the Eden Summer Club for children aged three to 15.

The club aims to keep children entertained throughout the summer months, offering classes, outings and other activities.

It will be held five days a week from 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and there will be three sessions – in July, August and September. Babysitting is also available until 8 p.m.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, children will learn how to bowl and participate in a bowling league, watch age-appropriate films and be taught fitness exercises by a qualified instructor. There will also be an arts and crafts corner on those days.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, there will be drama sessions in collaboration with the Helen O’Grady Academy.

Every Friday, there will be organised outings to places of interest. Children will have the opportunity to bake their own bread, create pottery sculpture, swim, go on nature walks and ride in a fire engine.

The club is flexible and parents can choose what days of the week they would like to send their children.

Parents will be able to drop their children off outside the Eden Superbowl, or make use of the minivans commissioned by the Eden Leisure Group.
