A document by the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry on Malta’s economic vision for 2014 to 2020 was yesterday discussed by the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development.

Chamber president David Curmi said the business community expected the government to create a climate in which it would be easier to carry out business while ensuring the best goods and services possible.

The document highlights the main economic areas that were expected to grow, including financial services, IT, the film industry and health.
