Attempts are being made to bring change to the court system. This is something that should have been done 30 years ago.

It is a disgrace to discover one’s session has been deferred because the judge shows up at court three hours late so has no time to hear all the cases that were scheduled two to three months in advance.

Sometimes it seems like lawyers try to drag the cases out so they can take more money from their clients.

I have not read anything with regard to appeal cases. One has to wait two or even three years to have an appeal heard, but in the meantime one is requested to pay within the first two weeks of an appeal being filed.

Who is gaining from the interest of all that money paid all those years in advance?

You would think that a court system should function in an orderly fashion, but it is obviously far from that.
