Veteran cueist Tony Drago is among a star-studded field for 9-Ball Pool’s most prestigious invitation event, the 2012 Club WPT World Pool Masters.

The event, which Drago won in 2003, is being staged from October 5 to 7 in Kielce, Poland.

The field includes the defending champion Ralf Souquet and world no.1 Darren Appleton, both previous winners of the tournament.

Also in the line-up is former world women’s snooker champion Kelly Fisher, now the world no.1 and reigning world 9-Ball champion.

Drago has drawn Appleton, the number two seed, in the opening round in Kielce.

The players are competing for a $66,000 prize fund from which the winner receives $20,000.
