Dmax & Associates, the Maltese-German online business solutions and social media management specialist, is to grow its team to meet ambitious company plans, chief executive Ray de Bono said as the firm inaugurated its new premises in Swatar recently.

Currently celebrating its sixth year of operations, Dmax will seek to add specialists in software and smartphone applications development, social media, content creation and online development to its staff complement.

At the inauguration, Mr de Bono spoke about Dmax’s export experience, particularly of tailored solutions for reverse-logistics and green industries in Germany, where its business is experiencing annual growth.

“Dmax has been chosen by a number of international clients as their online solutions provider,” Mr de Bono explained. “In just over five years, we already see more than half our revenue generated from direct exports.”

Company director Uwe Schoenfeld, a systems analyst and finance expert, with more than 20 years’ experience working with clients like Gillette and Lufthansa, said Dmax was looking forward to the next five years, as it evolved into a more specialised online solutions and social media management services provider with a broader overseas portfolio.

The company, with its current 20-plus team, including outsourced Maltese and international specialists of creative professionals with projects in Germany, the UK and Ghana was founded in 2006 by Mr de Bono.

One of its latest international projects has been the creation of Ghana’s first monthly business magazine, the Ghana Business & Finance Magazine, which Dmax has been producing for its Ghanaian publishers for two years. Dmax also developed the magazine’s’ online version at www.ghanabizmedia.biz.

Dmax’s software solutions include dmaxpedia.com, a knowledge share platform, dmaxapps.com, a new service offering smart apps development particularly for social media, and dmaxepaper.com, an innovative business-grade e-mail marketing system that allows companies to schedule, track and monitor e-mails across multiple platforms, including smartphones. Dmaxepaper.com which is used worldwide by companies operating in sectors like banking, health, and e-gaming, has recently been launched in German.
