After flying under the radar for years in the US, MSC Cruises introduced the 3,502-passenger MSC Divina in Miami. As it arrived in PortMiami this week, the Divina got an escort – its own fleet of cars ‘driving’ right on top of the water. The floating Fiats were actually personal watercrafts made to look like real cars. The cruise ship was constructed from 2010 to 2012, and was originally called the MSC Fantastica until the company renamed her to honour actress Sophia Loren. She entered service in May 2012 cruising the Mediterranean. She will service the Caribbean from this month.
