Heritage NGO Din l-Art Ħelwa are organising a tour to heritage sites and properties under its care. The first tour takes place on Saturday and will visit St Agatha Tower, known as The Red Tower, from where participants can enjoy the splendid views of the Gozo and Comino channel, the Santa Maria tower on Comino and the White tower at Marfa.

Afterwards, there will be a stroll along the Natura 2000 site in Mellieħa with the Natura 2000 ranger, as well as a visit to the Roman Beehives. Tours will be coordinated by Ian Camilleri, a DLĦ volunteer.

The tour starts at 9am at the Msida Bastions Historic Gardens, Floriana. Transport will be provided to the site and the mini van will stay with the group for the duration of the tour. The tour ends at about 12.30pm. The van will drive back to Msida Bastion Historic Gardens. Participation is against a donation of €10 paid in advance. Participants are advised to bring a bottle of water with them.
