During the event, Dhalia rewarded negotiators for their hard work over the past year in areas such as sales, letting, contribution to the inventory and most promising newcomer. A delegation from Dhalia’s sister company in Bulgaria also attended.
The most promising newcomer award went to Donnalise Chircop from the Fgura branch. After receiving her award, she said: “Working with Dhalia has allowed me to excel in the property market, and surpass my goals.”

He noted that “over the past year we have been working very closely as a team, which has made a big difference in our performance”.
The big winner of the night was Dhalia’s Marsascala branch, with five awards going to the team members. Joanne Gatt was awarded top contributor to the inventory, while the highest award, top sales consultant, was given to David John Dimech, who also won another two awards.
He said: “I’m very happy to receive this award as recognition for my hard work over the last year, but I couldn’t have done it without the support of my manager and the Marsascala team.”
