Winemaker Emmanuel Delicata recently presented a platinum award to Barracuda Restaurant, Balluta, St Julian’s, as part of its customer loyalty scheme,

Delicata managing director George Delicata and his son Mario presented restaurant owner Walter Cassar with a framed certificate and a personalised three-litre double magnum of Gran Cavalier Merlot during a special seafood Sunday lunch to commemorate over 30 years of successful trading between the two companies.

The winery rewards clients who have been loyal to Delicata wines for a number of years with bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond awards.

During lunch, guests and diners were served complimentary premium wines, which included Gran Cavalier Sauvignon Blanc, Grand vin de Hauteville Viognier, Grand vin de Hauteville Shiraz Cabernet, Medina Rose Grenache Syrah and liqueur wine Grand vin de Hauteville Moscato.
