The disastrous physical condition of Għar Lapsi is crying out for quick and efficient action. The amount of limestone debris that has been left untouched just as it fell down last winter is a menace, apart from an eyesore and a hindrance to bathers.

Three boulders in particular on the edge of the precipice must be manually pushed back or removed before it is too late and they plunge down.

The Siġġiewi council carries a huge responsibility if this causes the death or injury of a child or adult.

May someone heed this SOS.
