A 40-year-old cyclist from Qormi was injured in a collision with a car in Mons Mikiel Azzopardi Street, Siġġiewi yesterday morning.

The police said the motorcycle was coming from the direction of Siġġiewi towards Żebbuġ whereas the car, an Opel Astra driven by a 52-year-old woman from Siġġiewi, was heading the other way.

In the car was a 24-year-old female passenger.

The police said the cyclist was treated for a “dislocation” but gave no further details.
