This morning (December 27) I tried to contact customer care at Go three times, each call lasting about 10 minutes with absolutely no success.
I was regaled with an ear-irritating rendition of Jingle Bells guaranteed to send one banging his head against the wall. This is not the customer care service one expects from Go. This was not the first time that the personnel at Go totally ignored my call.
The problem is still not solved and I do not know how else I can contact customer care. I must say that on several occasions in the past contact by telephone was never a problem. I am wondering whether the phones are still available to customers.
