Re/Max Malta recently organised a half-day seminar for secretaries and administration staff at the Corinthia Hotel in St Julian’s.

The seminar was a customised edition of the customer care course delivered to all Re/Max associates.

“The seminar is important because everybody should understand the level of service we should be providing across the board,” said Kevin Buttigieg, managing director of Re/Max Malta.

The course included internal customer care and telephone ethics.

Mr Buttigieg concluded by saying: “Your colleague who sits next to you in the office is also your customer, especially if you are in a sales environment. It is of utmost importance that colleagues deal with each other as teammates.”
