Colourful flowers will soon bloom on the window sills of houses in village centres through an initiative launched by the Environmental Landscape Consortium. Some 300,000 seedlings in 10,000 planters are being given for free to local councils to be distributed in village cores.

ELC will replace the flowers for free every season for a year.

The project is aimed at spreading the floral culture.
