Last Wednesday afternoon, at 2.15, I e-mailed ARMS Ltd a query regarding low mains water pressure to our apartment.

At 7 p.m. I had a telephone call from a Mr Mizzi, a technician from ARMS. He asked if he could visit later that evening to assess the problem.

At 8.20 p.m. he arrived and carried out a water pressure test at the meter, which was fine. He then explained to me what could possibly be causing the lack of pressure. Although the problem wasn’t fixed, I believe that, with the help of a plumber, the possible cause can be rectified soon.

I was really impressed by the service afforded to us by ARMS and in particular Mr Mizzi. ARMS get enough negative publicity and I sincerely hope this letter will go some way to redress the balance.
