A public conference on Malta’s Constitution will be held on Thursday.
The conference is organised by the independent think tank Today Public Policy Institute and comes after the launch of its report, ‘A Review of the Constitution of Malta at 50: Rectification or Redesign’. It is also in line with the institute’s objective of stimulating a public debate on issues of national interest.
The conference will be open to the public and will discuss the key issues arising from the report.
It will be held at the Malta Chamber of Commerce between 4pm and 8pm. Members of the public, institutional bodies and civil society are encouraged to attend to express their views on this important subject as a precursor to the forthcoming Constitutional Convention promised by the government.
