The Malta Stock Exchange officially commemorated the admission of DIZZ Finance plc’s €8 million bond issue to trading on the exchange. A spokesman for the Exchange said: “We take every opportunity to support newly listed companies and their continued presence on the market.”
A DIZZ Group spokesman said this was a significant first for the group, with further initiatives on the Exchange being considered. “We are pleased with the confidence shown in DIZZ Group, with this 5% unsecured bond maturing in 2026, which was issued at par, already starting to trade at over 102.”
Melita Data Centre revving up for iGaming Summit
Melita Data Centre – Malta’s only purpose-built data centre facility – will be joining around 3,000 delegates at the Summit of iGaming in Malta, also known as SiGMA, being held between Wednesday, November 16 and Saturday, November 19, at the Intercontinental Arena in St Julian’s.
The event is widely recognised as the largest networking and knowledge-based event in Malta for the remote and land based gaming industry. SiGMA will bring together thousands of affiliates, gaming regulators, operators, service providers, recruitment agencies and other stakeholders under one roof.
