GO shareholders who have not received their shareholding entitlement in MPC are advised that such shares have been settled on trust (The MPC Shareholder Trust) with CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited, a trust company that is duly authorised by the MFSA.

In October 2015, the board of directors of GO had declared an interim dividend to be effected ‘in kind’ by a distribution of GO’s shareholding in Malta Properties Company plc (MPC) to GO’s shareholders, on a pro-rata basis. GO shareholders are entitled to receive one share in MPC for every one share which they held in GO as at October 23, 2015.

Anyone who has a claim to this GO interim dividend is requested to send an e-mail with the following details to mpctrust@csbgroup.com:

Your full name and surname (or company name when shareholder is a company); ID card number (or Company registration number, where applicable); number of shares held in GO as at October 23, 2015; and telephone number where you can be reached during office hours. Alternatively, for further guidance and/or clarification, one can contact CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited by telephone on (+356) 2557 2586.
