eSkills launches video competition

The eSkills Malta Foundation has launched a video competition as part of the eSkills for Jobs awareness campaign.

Aimed at business leaders, policymakers, ICT practitioners or NGOs who have demonstrated a positive contribution of ICT to societal changes, the competition is an opportunity to highlight and reward people with a high level of digital skills and literacy at a European level.

A winner and runner-up from each category will be invited to attend the award presentation ceremony in December during a high-level conference organised under the auspices of the European Council Luxembourg presidency.

Last year, one of Malta’s entries – Best Student Industry Engagement submitted by the ICT Students Association – was selected as one of the finalists. The deadline for this year’s submission of entries is October 31.
