Maltapost’s slogans ‘Committed to Deliver’ and ‘Committed to Customer Care’ displayed on its website, promise an excellent service as, after all, it should be. Unfortunately, however, these are only nicely-worded slogans if they don’t deliver what they promise.
Between November 27 and December 1, that is in the space of five days, two cards, posted in Malta to be delivered a few kilometres away, never reached their destinations.
Today, December 29, I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone from the Committed to Customer Care department to answer my call but the only answer I got was from the recorded voice telling me, as always, that all employees were busy but I would shortly be attended to.
Who blames people for not making use of Maltapost service if its slogans are not backed by action?
