• Nativity 2: Danger in the Manger will be screened at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, today at 5.30pm.

• Masses at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary will be said today at 6.15, 8.30, 10 and 11.15am and 5pm, followed by the recital of the rosary and Eucharistic benediction.

• A Way of the Cross will be held from Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary to Għammar Hill today at 3.30pm.

• The Bethel Charismatic Group will be holding a prayer meeting at Our Lady of Pompeii church, Victoria, on Saturday at 7pm.

• The Diocesan Eucharistic Movement will be holding a prayer evening at St Augustine church, Victoria, on Saturday at 8pm, followed by Mass at midnight.

• An international Easter celebration will be held at St Joseph parish church, Qala, on Saturday at 6.30pm. The theme of the event is Thy Will be Done. The programme will include the participation of soprano Dame Ruth Sammut Casingena, Cordia, Magnificat Choir and pianists Frankie Ion Magro and Matthew Tabone. Artist Valerie Cassar Mejlak will capture the event on canvas.

• A Penitential service in English, followed by Mass, will be celebrated by Fr Chris Farrugia, OFM Conv., at the Sacred Heart Seminary, Victoria, on Friday at 9.30am.

• Wirt Għawdex will be holding a combined guided tour of the new Il-Ħagar museum in Victoria, followed by a short on-site lecture entitled Lent and Easter Customs in Gozo by Paul Pisani on Friday at 6.30pm. Dr Pisani will also conduct the tour. Seating at the museum is limited and reservations can be made via e-mail to membership@wirtghawdex.org.

• Qala parish will be holding a pilgrimage on Friday. It will leave the Immaculate Conception Sanctuary at 5pm for the parish church, where Mass will be celebrated by Fr Stephen Magro.

• Fr Ignatius Borg will give a lecture to all those who serve during Mass at Mgr Giuseppe Farrugia hall, Victoria, on Friday at 5pm.

• St George’s archpriest Mgr Paul Cardona will celebrate Mass at St George’s Basilica on Saturday at 6pm, followed by a pilgrimage.

• A Way of the Cross for youths will be held at Għammar Hill on Friday at 7.30pm.
