Esplora Interactive Science Centre, Kalkara, in collaboration with Cancer Care Pathways, is holding a late session on colorectal cancer, the third most common type of cancer in Malta, today.

The session seeks to raise awareness on colorectal cancer, help visitors recognise risks and ways of reducing them, identify symptoms and get to know more about the diagnostic and treatment processes.

A wide range of experts such as nurses, oncologists, specialists and surgeons will be joining along with a support group with whom visitors can interact and ask any questions.

The session is being held today from 6 to 8.30pm. For more information, call 2540 1900 or 2540 1918, send an e-mail to programmes@esplora.org.mt or visit www.facebook.com/events/185053685428584/. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day. The session will be suitable for those aged 18 and over.
