Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is the theme of this year’s chocolate feast being held at Bay Street Complex in St George’s Bay, St Julian’s, from next Saturday to April 7.

Visitors can enjoy a range of stalls, entertainment and displays every day between noon and 6pm. The main attraction will be a large chocolate tree, sponsored by Nestlé. Other attractions include chocolate painting activities, a chocolate collage by ITS students, body painting and specialist praline chocolate-making.

Stalls will be featuring cupcakes, chocolate soap, cake pops, sweets and a chocolate fountain. Children will be able to meet characters from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

On April 6 and 7, master chocolatier Andrew Farrugia, holder of the Guinness World Record for the longest chocolate sculpture, will be creating chocolate centrepieces between noon and 7pm.

Richard Pons, holder of the Guinness World Record for chocolate cocktails, will be serving some of his creations.

Throughout the event, Bay Street will be running a special shop-and-win competition, offering shoppers thechance to win prizes.

Bay Street is also offering two hours free parking in the outdoor car park with any purchase from Bay Street from next Saturday to April 7, from 10am to 10pm
