Carisma Spa & Wellness has been given a World Luxury Spa Award 2016 during a recent spa and restaurant gala event for the best operators in the world at the five-star Grand Kronenhof Pontresina, next to St Moritz in Switzerland.

Carisma, famous for its treatments and its flagship Hammam, the first and only Turkish bath in Malta, can be found at the InterContinental Malta and at the Seashells at Suncrest and Qawra Palace.

Overall global winner was the Portugal-based Sayanna Wellness, EPIC SANA Algarve. As a luxury resort and fitness spa with a focus on wellness, Sayanna is one of the leaders in achieving total life transformation, well-being and longevity.
