Careerpassport, the recruitment software-as-a-service specialist, is to participate at the World Employment Conference at London’s Landmark Hotel between Wednesday and Friday.

Themed ‘Transforming our global brand’, the conference incorporates this year’s REC Annual Convention.

More than 350 international delegates will travel to London as the event provides valuablenetworking opportunities.

CIETT 2012 will explore global trends and market developments, and will focus on dealing with challenges facing the talentsearch industry like clients demanding more for less, leveraging technology and how to build competitive brands.

Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, described by the Financial Times as the management guru most likely to impact on the future, will open the proceedings on May 24.

“This annual convention for recruiters is the ideal place for us to meet with key members of the recruitment community. It’s a great opportunity for us to explore the latest global trends and implement them in the local market,” head of business development Matthew Caruana said.
