Careerpassport, the recruitment management software for tracking applications and vacancies, has launched an offering that allows companies to post vacancies for free on their own corporate site and other local and international job boards.

This is the only service in Malta that allows a company to post the same vacancy on different online media simultaneously. With a click of a button, a vacancy can be posted onto multiple local and international job boards. Careerpassport is also currently working on expanding this network of different media.

Careerpassport Ltd was set up in 2009 to develop a specialised web-based solution for employers to manage their recruitment needs. Careerpassport helps agencies, employers and group of companies to modernise their processes and streamline their administrative tasks by using web technology.

The careerpassport team has made some changes to the cloud software’s initial interface for improved functionality and efficiency. Employers can now choose from free listings and paid listings to advertise their vacancy. With careerpassport, companies can accept applications online without having their inbox bombarded with CVs.

Candidates using their Linkedin profile can apply without the need of having to fill endless forms.

Meanwhile, after having exported their services to international clients, the team is working on a ‘white label’ version of the system and a multilingual functionality. They are scheduled to be launched in the coming months.
