Capellimania, the largest Italian hairdressing franchise, has now opened its first salon in Malta on Level 0 at Bay Street, St Julian’s.

The brainchild of Ernesto Lanto, Renato Gervasi and Salvo Filetti, the “Franchise of Women” was first opened in Catania in 1999. It is so called because its purpose is to listen to the needs and dreams of every woman about beauty, emphasising their uniqueness.

Capellimania’s mission is to rekindle the joy in the hearts of its customers by listening to their needs about beauty. The franchise’s salons are perceived as places to “recharge” and identify the fresh style of the woman who leads an extraordinary life in all its aspects and seeks continuous renewal.

According to a spokesman for Capellimania, they are experts in beauty with a passion for hair and its uniqueness, continuously aspiring to achieve hair that is bright, shiny and healthy. “We express our passion through the many images that communicate the joy of life and its many possibilities,” the spokesman said.

Capellimania salons are a point of reference in their locality across Italy, fostering change thanks to the initiatives of the owners and employees, who are long-standing professionals. Capellimania also ensures an increasing level of quality and consistency, from the initial reception right the way through the entire service offering.

The local Capellimania salon, situated close to the Reception of the Bay Street Hotel, is unisex and is introducing innovative hairdressing ideas.

There are five members of staff, who have been trained in Italy. The opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
