Firefighters battling a fast-moving Southern California blaze say it has nearly tripled in size in a matter of hours. The wildfire burning through coastal wilderness has now grown to more than 43 square miles, says Ventura County fire spokesman Bill Nash. He says the 28,000-acre fire is burning new fuel in mostly unpopulated canyons, and is 20 per cent contained.
