Living Dance, the summer course that brings dancers of all ages and abilities together under one roof, is back this summer.
A very diverse faculty has been chosen for the course, including Emma Loftus and Douglas Comley from the resident faculty and Deborah Annable, Jay Asolo and Sarah Vella.
The course aims to help dancers strengthen and improve their technique as well as giving them a taste of life as a full-time dance student.
Dancers take part in daily classes in the various disciplines, leading to a performance for parents at the end of the course.
A scholarship for a dance course abroad will be awarded to the most promising dancer.
This year, Living Dance has teamed up with the International Ballet Gala to offer students the opportunity to perform with the ballet stars from the Bolshoi Theatre, the Marjinsky, Stani-slavsky and Mikhailovsky theatres and the Hungarian National Ballet.
Living Dance takes place between September 8 and 13 at Tal-Fanal, Għasri.
