The standard of Malta’s public toilets is gradually improving, except for hand dryers, in both public and private conveniences, which are often out of order. At 70c, the cost of using a public toilet has seen a hefty raise in at least one instance in Valletta.

Would it be moderately appropriate to define Malta’s restrooms or toilets as a public convenience for private inconvenience?

As in nearby Sicily, our public and private toilets could feature facilities which are in full running order.
