Worldwide Company Ltd, importers and distributors of world-renowned Belgian Callebaut Chocolate, held a two-day course on chocolate centrepieces and a chocolate demo at the ITS premisis in Pembroke by world famous Belgian chocolatier Philippe Vancayseele.

Mr Vancayseele has judged several international competitions in this field as well as taught many aspiring chocolatiers all over the world. Mr Vancayseele, who has previously been to Malta hosting similar events, is currently director of the Chocolate Academy in Montreal.

He has held this post for the past five years and previously worked for the Chocolate Academy in Belgium at the Callebaut factory for more than 18years.
