I recently wrote a letter to the director of Maltapost, pointing out for the second time that their lead hand stamps at post offices were outdated and hopeless (which is exactly what they are).

I received neither a reply nor an acknowledgement of receipt of my letter.

At this stage, it will have to be force majeure to persuade Malpost to modernise its hand stamps, which at present are illegible. They lag miles behind hand stamps of European and other countries. And in this respect, Malta belongs to the Third World. Moreover, I am disappointed by Maltapost’s attitude in not reacting in any way to their customers’ requests.
