Staff members at Avis Rent-a-Car and Lease and Budget Car and Van Rental have completed a City and Guilds customer service programme led by Misco Consulting.
The Awards in Customer Service are designed to provide participants with skills to deliver efficient, reliable customer service by gaining an understanding of customer expectations and needs. The training focused on listening skills and ways to enhance service levels.
“As a company committed to giving our people the opportunity to learn, achieving this award in customer service was an important milestone in our organisational development,” Avis and Budget board director Jason Aquilina said. “It has boosted employees’ confidence and provided them with the skills to become more effective in their roles.”
